Role:
Process Quality Specialist / Analyst
Role Definition:
This is a highly visible and influential role within the company, which will collaborate with all levels of management to promote business integrity and strong internal control structures, process improvement recommendations.
Responsibilities:
Improve procedures through collaboration with the Operations, Training, and Transition teams.
Conduct a discrepancy analysis (process deviations) to find improvement opportunities with the greatest impact and monitor the development of changes.
Analyse evaluated data and devise a plan to remedy any identified gaps.
Identify improvement opportunities for underperforming functions or team members, as well as their training needs.
Assist the Leadership team with data analysis and conduct risk-based audits of internal processes.
Obtain, review, and analyse relevant paperwork, past reports, statistics, flowcharts, and other items.
Prepare and present reports that reflect the audit's findings and documentation of the process.
Conduct business process inspections and control testing in compliance with auditing standards.
Analyse the results of the assessment and come up with a plan to close any gaps.
Find out where underperforming functions or team members can improve, as well as what training they need.
Follow audit standards and perform walkthroughs of business processes and testing of controls.
Make sure organization's procedures and audit testing are well documented.
Develop business relationships and talk to process owners on a proactive basis to get information, solve problems, and make suggestions for improvement and optimization.

Documents - % Process compliance by the team members, Processes acknowledged and adopted.
Audits - Audit findings successfully closed
Training - Overdue training requirements
Risk - Overdue Risk assessments

Perform defect management tasks such as problem identification, issue research, analysis, and documentation.

Salary:
₹80, ₹120,000.00 per year
