Ramps Engineers has been producing metal fabrication parts for leading companies since 1986. We manufacture brackets, clamps, supports, shields, brace, links, covers, guards, panels, brace, etc

• B.E or Diploma in Mechanical Engg with minimum 1.5 years of experience in PPAP documentation review as per QPL standard for commodities like casting, metal fabrication, machining, hydraulic, Sheetmetal etc
• Should have knowledge & hands on experience in new product development, APQP, PFMEA, Control Plan, Mistake Proofings techniques, Statistical Tools, Problem solving techniques (7QC,8D), Continuous improvement, Data Visualization tools, QMS, GD&T, MSA, Capability studies
• Knowledge of drawing and schematic interpretation, product models, geometric dimensioning, and tolerance.
• Knowledge of basic data analysis techniques. (e.g. pareto charts, histograms, pie and bar charts and control plans.)

Quality Tools & Techniques:
Knowledge of Basic and Advanced Quality Tools and exposure to Product warranty and reliability.

• Knowledge of Assembly, Inspection and Testing
• Effective Communication skills, Teamwork & self driven

Skills & Experience

7 Qc Tools, APQP, Failure Modes Effects Analysis (FMEA), GD&T, Geometric Dimensioning, Geometric Dimensioning And Tolerancing (GD&T), Process Capability Analysis, Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), QA Documentation (APQP, PPAP, SPC & MSA), Quality Control Tools, Statistical Process Control (SPC)

Salary:
₹8, ₹20,000.00 per month
