Field Sales Executive


Location:

  • Patna Bihar
The Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales and driving revenue growth in a designated geographical area. This role involves actively seeking out and engaging with potential customers, presenting products or services, and closing sales deals.

The Field Sales Executive collaborates with the sales team and management to develop strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.


Key Responsibilities:
1-Prospect and identify potential customers within the assigned territory.

2-Conduct face-to-face meetings and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of the company's products or services.

3-Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

4-Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and address concerns or objections.

5-Achieve sales targets and quotas within the assigned territory.

6-Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.

7-Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.

8-Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue.

9-Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales strategies and improve overall sales performance.

10-Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.


Requirements:

1-Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.

2-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

3-Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

4-Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.

5-Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.

6-Familiarity with sales techniques and CRM software.

7-Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

8-A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

9-A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
