JobResponsibilities: Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting processcollaborating closely with department heads to develop accurate and realistic financial forecasts. Monitor actual performance against budgetsand provide insightful analysis on variances. Continuously refine forecastingmodels to improve accuracy. Financial Analysis: Conduct indepth financial analysis to support strategicdecisionmaking. Provide regular reports andinsights on key financial metrics and performance indicators. Analyzetrends identify risks and recommend solutions to optimize financial performance. Management Reporting: Prepare comprehensivemanagement reports for senior leadership highlighting key financialtrends and performance drivers. Ensure timely andaccurate delivery of financial reports to supportdecision making. CostManagement: Monitor and analyzecosts across departments identifying areas for efficiency improvements. Collaborate withdepartment heads to implement costsaving initiatives. Financial Modelling: Developand maintain financial models to support business planning andscenario analysis. Work on adhocfinancial modelling projects as required. CrossFunctional Collaboration: Collaborate with variousdepartments to understand their financial needs and provide support. Work closely withthe accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.JobRequirements:

• A CharteredAccountant (CA) with 45 years of relevant experience in financialplanning and
• analysis.
• Has previous experience in theF&B/Retail industry
• Strong analyticaland problemsolving skills.
• Proficient infinancial modeling and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentationskills.
• Ability to work independently andcollaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel andfinancial software.
