Designation:
System Network Administrator


Purpose:
To organize and maintain the IT infrastructure aligned with the University stake holder requirements.

A. Roles & Responsibilities

• Shall be responsible for the entire IT Infra and system administration
• Shall have complete knowledge of IT Infra- Network configurations
• Hands-on experience handling All types of networks like / LAN / WAN / Local servers' / CCTV Cameras / preparing the cabling diagrams to manage the IT Infra in every location.
• Thorough understanding of Software requirements, as well as hardware requirements to set up infrastructure for educational institutions, understand the parameters of ERP, Learning Management Platforms and support the academic team.
• Ability to handle complete Maintenance of the entire IT Infrastructure in multiple locations where the educational institutions are located
• Identifying appropriate vendors as per IT requirements which are cost-effective, vendor comparisons and recommending the same to Management.
• Documentation of complete IT Infrastructure, Preparation of Group User Policies, etc.
• Must have knowledge and experience of handling ERP system
• Must be familiar with latest technology in managing online and offline tools useful for enhancing education experience.
• Must be capable of required administrative work related to the profile
• Any other added on skills in combination of the above is most welcome.

B. Skills

Hands on management of software, tools, techniques and proactiveness in implementing latest systems

in the University.
Proven experience in planning, scheduling, monitoring, maintenance, invigilation of IT infrastructureProactive and assertiveDiligent and firm with high ethical standards

Qualification & Year of Experience as per UGC norms:

• BE /BTech/ME/MTech in CSE or IT with minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferably setting up and managing the IT infra at a large in Educational Institutions
• Certifications in latest technologies and apply them to an educational Institutes
