Description
This role majorly involves to manage day to day sales performance progress tracking, incubating junior sales members, getting sales leads, following up with the existing leads and maturing clients for overall development.
Requirements:
- 12 yrs. of experience in sales and marketing
- MBA in sales/ marketing or any other related field
- Specialization in sales
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good presentation & communication skills
- Knowledge of cold calling & network making
Role & Responsibilities:
- Cultivating solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
- Identifying promising prospects through coldcalling, networking, and customer referrals.
- Ensuring that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly.
- Providing overall guidance to newlyrecruited Sales Representatives.
- Maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made, potential and existing customers, as well as sales employee performance evaluations.
- Assisting newlyrecruited or less experienced Sales Representatives in answering technical questions posed by customers.
- Analyzing sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effective.
- Conducting indepth research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.
