    • TheSTM is a natural leader and can inspire their team to take on newchallenges
    • The STM creates a productiveenvironment where team members own the product and enjoy working onit
    • The STM in conjunction with the ProductOwner will ensure that the team has a steady flow of suitable workand a wellformed planning and forecasting model in pace.
    • The STM will ensure each project has awelldefined scope and timeline
    • Coordinatesprints retrospective meetings and dailystandups
    • Coach team members in Agile frameworksand best practice adoption
    • Facilitate internalcommunication and effective collaboration
    • Workwith product owners to handle backlogs and newrequests
    • Resolve conflicts and remove obstaclesthat occur
    • Ensure deliverables are up toquality standards at the end of each sprint and ensure that Qualityactions are taking place peerreviews designreviews deliverablesignoff comprehensive unit integration and regression testing etc.
    • Ensure JIRA is accurate and maintainedincluding a wellgroomed backlog time recording is happening teammembership is maintained team capacity ismaintained
    • Ensure that developers are merginghigh quality software into the codebase and that any build issuesare immediately addressed
    • Ensure that teammetrics are uptodate and being used to implement improvements inteam performance
    • Be responsible for theperformance management of all individuals in the team (7 peoplenormally)
    • Ensure each person s careerdevelopment is being supported regardless of their role in theteam
    Requirements andskills
    • Good withpeople and interested in helping people and teams achieve theirbest
    • Experience in software development as asoftware engineer or quality engineer or Product Owner.
    • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques andartifacts (such as definition of done user stories automatedtesting backlog refinement)
    • Excellentcommunication and servant leadershipskills
    • Problemsolving and conflictresolutionability
    • Outstanding organizationalskills
    • Degree in Computer Science Business orsimilar field
    • Scrum master certification is aplus
