billing executive is able to fulfill below duties

1, execute all orders received from sales team on daily timely basis

2, must have good rapport with sales team & customers

3, must furnish all reports required for sales & commercial team and communicate same on timely basis

4, responsible for LR and e way bill generation and extension

5, responsible for customer cheque collection, maintenance & deposition as per need from sales team

6, must posses high communication level with all

7, responsible for all entries in client software both inward & outward, damage section

8, responsible to communicate about the limit, stock status with sales team on timely manner

9, should play vital role in DDR

10, in addition to the above he is willing take care all the additional responsibilities that his immediate reporting manager assigning to him time to time
