Description

As a Technical Product Trainer, you may be responsible for designing and training users on PeopleStrong products. The person will be responsible for creating the content along with the product team and delivering it to end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive product training material, including manuals, displays, and online assets, tailored to the specific needs of different audiences.

Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions both in-person and virtually, ensuring maximum participation and knowledge retention.

Conduct regular assessments on the effectiveness of the training programs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams like product, customer success team, and application support to design and deliver the program.

Provide guidance to trainees and campus hires. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in technical training methodologies, incorporating relevant improvements into our training programs.

Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, facilitating their integration into the organization and providing them with essential product knowledge.

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA/PGDM.

Requirements:

Proven experience (2-4 Years) as a Technical Trainer or in a comparable role.

Prior experience in creating user manuals.

Prior experience delivering technical training.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical ideas in a clear and understandable way.

Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to travel occasionally for conducting onsite training sessions as needed.
