Recruiter with Digital Marketing**
Skills Needed: Strong communicaiton skill (Verbal and written), Technical skill, People convincing and negotiation skill, harworker with multitasker, Creative in content writting,
Responsibilities:
Related to Recruitment profile:
- Write and post technical and nontechnical job descriptions on various job portals and other relevant channels.
- Arranging various round of interview (HR, Technical, Managerial etc.)
Related to Digital Marketing profile:
- Designs,builds, and maintains our social media presence.
- Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate endtoend customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Ensure that the brand message is consistent
- Coordinate with sales team to create marketing campaigns.
Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Salary:
₹12, ₹25,000.00 per month
