Description

Good knowledge of GST, TDS, PF & ESI.

Good practical knowledge of data entry on Tally Prime ERP.

Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances

Paying employees by verifying expense reports and preparing Salary Sheet/pay checks

Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance

Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports

Maintaining records, attendance and data of each employee and providing them to the management team when required

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills

2-3 years experience

Knowledge Proficiency in MS Office,MS Excel & Tally ERP.

Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
