Online Bidding Executive (Upwork or GEM)

Location:
Dehradun, Uttarakhand

Duties & Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets by developing and executing account plans that create demand for the company's products and services
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Understand customer technical requirements and map them to company products and solutions
Deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations that showcase company products and solutions in the best light
Respond to customer RFPs/RFIs, creating custom proposals as needed.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers, within company guidelines
Work with crossfunctional teams—including product management, marketing, and engineering—to ensure successful product launches and gotomarket strategies
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs and share insights with internal stakeholders
Train and mentor junior members of the sales team, sharing knowledge and expertise to enable their success
Generate accurate forecasting reports and pipeline data to support decision making
Provide input on product development based on customer feedback and market analysis
Attend trade shows and other industry events to represent the company Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field
1+ years of technical sales experience (Backup, Storage and IT Infrastructure) with extensive knowledge in online bidding forums like Upwork and GEMS.
Proven track record of achieving quotas and driving revenue growth
Experience managing and developing a sales team
Strong understanding of the sales process from prospecting to close
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
