iCarry is a rapidly growing online courier booking platform. We operate all over India and onboard new clients on our platform every day

The job involves:

  • Handling escalation tickets & escalating tickets to courier partners as necessary
  • Making outbound calls to new client signups and leads, managing inbound customer support calls, etc.
Work location - Work from your home. You should have access to a good broadband connection, a recent laptop with webcam and a mobile phone.


Prior Experience - Minimum 6 months experience in a support / operations role in a logistics company is a huge plus.

Salary - Negotiable - based on relevant experience.

Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹14, ₹15,000.00 per month
