iCarry is a rapidly growing online courier booking platform. We operate all over India and onboard new clients on our platform every dayThe job involves:
- Handling escalation tickets & escalating tickets to courier partners as necessary
- Making outbound calls to new client signups and leads, managing inbound customer support calls, etc.
Prior Experience - Minimum 6 months experience in a support / operations role in a logistics company is a huge plus.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
₹14, ₹15,000.00 per month
