About the role

This is a contract role with a potential to go full time.

What you will do:

Set hiring managers' expectations and develop processes around interviewing
Brainstorm with hiring managers' to assemble powerful sourcing strategies for each search
Develop recruitment advertising and employment branding strategies

What you will need:

3+ years of experience in fullcycle recruiting
Previous startup experience and an unwavering ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Proven ability to source, attract, and hire top talent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Understanding of recruiting metrics and how to utilize them to influence hiring decisions
Demonstrated experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools (LinkedIn / Gem)
