WHAT YOU'LL DO:

As part of the Operations PA, reporting to the Operations offer director - Supply Chain, hain KDP - Operations PA.This position will be lending support to the various Offer managers in the Operations practice area to meet the needs of our rapidly growing and expanding business including assistance with organizing events and database upkeep.

Day to day activity of this role will look like:

YOU'RE GOOD AT:

Assist with regional and global business reporting and data requests
Assist with navigation to materials and best practice dissemination within the practice
Basic data analysis, reporting and dashboarding
Update tracking spreadsheets for various Offer/PA needs, including marketing, expertise, staffing etc
Assist with coordination of people affiliation and development activities
Assist with coordination and logistics for events (regional and global meetings) and prepare materials for events

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS):

Bachelor's degree required
Preferably with strong academic performance and prior work/intern experience
Strong MS Excel skills is a must, intermediate level in PowerPoint, proficient in other MS Office
Organized, detail oriented and analytical, good interpersonal and communication skills. High level of initiative and resourcefulness.
Ability to work in fast paced environment
Must be able to work fulltime (40 hours/week) throughout the minimum duration of 36 months

YOU'LL WORK WITH:

Digital BCG's key digital program (KDP) team.

You will work especially for Digital Supply Chain KDP which is one of the KDPs from 15 key digital programs (KDPs).

Each KDP is different but directionally aligned for achieving a common go to market offer for enabling digital transformation of our clients.
