    Job Responsibilities

    • Experience in Security Architecture and Planning.
    • Hands-on production support experience in "Checkpoint Firewall is MANDATORY"
    • Checkpoint Certified CCSA candidate.
    • Hands-on experience on the SonicWall firewall & Sonicwall VPN
    • Experience in handling issues for the underlying IT networking components such as CISCO, Juniper, Extreme, Routers, Switches, WiFi, MPLS, WAN to isolate and identify the issues w.r.t firewalls and networks
    • CCNP certified will be an added advantage.
    • Strong problem solving and technical troubleshooting skills across IT infra;
    • Able to identify and isolate the problem in IT infra such as network or security or application or server.
    • Experience in handling security incidents and response
    • Able to self-manage escalations calls and drive the joint troubleshooting calls with various verticals such as applications, servers and end users
    • Identify the issues across environment and suggest for improvements in processes and security technologies
    • Ability to handle VPNs, SSL, IPS and Load Balancing on FWs
    • Ability to handle cloud connectivity, cloud security and cloud VPNs
    • Knowledge on Security tools such EDR, SIEM, PAM, DNS Security, Threat Hunting
    • Experience of working in corporate IT with PAN India support architecture

    Education

    BE, B-TECH, Any graduation

    Certification Preferred-

    • CCNP Certified (Routing & Switching) & CCSA
