Description

During this phase, the project Panning will be made

based on the Project Scope

▷ The following are the main stages in Project Planning

phase

Drawing verification
Project Scope finalisation
Project Schedule and Budgeting
Project Execution plan (Phase wise execution)
Purchase Plan
Project Profit analysis

▷ The responsibility of Drawing and Quote preparation, Budgeting,

Production coordination, Dispatch coordination, Erection

Supervision, Quality Checking and Site handover falls as the

responsibility of the Project Manager and Site Engineer assigned

to each project

▷ The overall implementation of the above processes shall be

monitored and evaluated by the Director of Projects with the

support of Admin

▷ Any discrepancies or changes in the above process without

approval shall be actioned immediately by the Director of

Projects/ MD

Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
