Roles & Responsibilities:


  • All ASO's/Promoters should start their market work at 7.00'am (Should attend first call point at 7.00 am)
  • ASO should visit retailers of 30 calls per day & new calls will be 5/nos
  • PJP must be follow on a daily basis (If any changes required, they should be get prior approval from reporting manager)Action planning and justifiable recommendations to management to meet planned targets
  • Responsible for Distributor's/Dealers claims & Feedback
  • ASO Must carry Sales data with updation.
  • The dress code/uniform must be neat & look good appearance.
  • Daily, Target vs Actual details should be reported to the reporting manager.

Responsible for NEW Distributor/Dealers opening as per policy:

  • Distributor's/Dealer's selection
  • Selection of shops for supplies
  • Creating a Map & Profile of Distributor/Dealer area
  • Sales promotions in respective Distributor/Dealers area

Requirements:


  • Graduate in Bachelor's
  • Fresher / 2 or 5 years of experience (preferable) in dairy field

Pay:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
