    Description

    As the Head of HR at Radix, your role is pivotal in driving our people strategy. You will steer the entire people function, including Talent Acquisition, Business Partnering, Learning & Development, Talent Management, HR Operations, HR Tech and Total Rewards. You'll be a beacon for our organizational culture, fostering a nurturing environment of learning and growth, all while driving a high-performing workforce that aligns with our business strategy

    What is the job like ?

    Talent Acquisition

    • Drive the full spectrum of recruitment and selection activities by partnering with leaders within the organization and tracking the ongoing hiring needs of their business.
    • Lead, oversee and supervise members of the recruiting team.
    • Defining and driving hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and hiring manager and candidate experience

    Strategic Leadership:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive Human Resource strategy, directly aligned with Radix's business strategy, focused on cultivating an engaged, high-performing, learning-centric workforce.
    • Provide thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategies and execution. Serve as a strategic business advisor to executive/senior management on key organizational and talent management issues.

    Culture & Engagement:

    • Act as a culture evangelist for Radix, designing and implementing strategies to create a culture of learning, growth, and high performance. Innovate to create state-of-the-art employee experiences, ensuring Radix's attractiveness to top-tier talent.
    • Develop and implement a robust employer branding strategy, leveraging social media and content strategies to highlight the unique aspects of working at Radix.

    Learning & Talent Management:

    • Foster a learning organization by collaborating with the Learning & Development team to design impactful learning programs.
    • Lead talent transformation initiatives, building a strong managerial pool and nurturing key/critical talent.

    Performance & Rewards:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive compensation, benefits, and wellness plans.
    • Drive organization-wide performance reviews, leading key interventions such as the Performance Management, Compensation Review and Appraisals process.

    Business Partnership

    • Be a coach to function/division heads, focusing on building the right culture and driving behaviors towards effective team management.
    • Support organizational design initiatives and ensure alignment with the company's culture map.

    Who should apply for this role?

    • You have 12 – 15 years of HR business partnering, COE or generalist experience, preferably supporting leaders in stable tech organizations. A postgraduate degree in HRM from a premier Business School is desirable
    • Your executive presence and influencing skills are exceptional, allowing you to effectively resolve issues and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
    • You possess strong HR technology skills, with past experience in driving innovation in HR practices.
    • You are data-driven, with prior experience in HR analytics to support decision-making.
    • You have a hands-on approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
    • You an exceptional communicator, capable of articulating your thoughts in a simple and understandable manner to drive key decisions and actions.
    • You have a proven record of coaching and mentoring at the leadership level.
    • Your business acumen, problem-solving ability, and analytical thinking are highly developed, along with a strong design sensibility for programs and practices to optimize cost and enhance the employee experience.

    REVOLUTIONISING THE INTERNET:

    We started out in 2012 as a part of the Bhavin Turakhia led Directi Group, which has been a prominent player in the web presence industry since the 90s. The meteoric rise in the number of websites back then led to an acute shortage of quality domain names. The depleting name pool within the .com / .net led to growing customer dissatisfaction as first choice names became impossible to find We knew that domain names had to evolve in order to serve their purpose of memorable online identities.

    Enter Radix. When the Internet Corporation of Assigned Names and Numbers opened the door to new top level domains other than the .com, .net, .org etc., we knew it was the perfect opportunity to solve a growing customer problem.

    Equipped with powerful and meaningful new extensions such as .tech, .online, .store, .fun, .site, .press etc. we set out on a mission to eliminate the distinction between the real names and internet addresses of individuals and businesses. We started with an audacious goal of building a world where domain names are less like phone numbers which need to be written and stored and more like brand names which are easily remembered. And here we are, with almost 8 million domains already registered on our extensions, we are well on the path towards revolutionizing the internet. Brands like Mr. Beast ), Viacom ), Emirates ), Doordash ), CES ), Shakira ) and many more have already made the switch. It's only a matter of time before the rest of the world does it too. To sum it up, the internet history is being rewritten and Radix is at the core of it.
