Key Responsibilities
-
Data Entry and Bookkeeping: Record financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries, sales and purchases invoices accurately and efficiently. Ensure all financial records are up-to-date and organized.

Financial Reporting : Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets on a regular basis. Provide support in analyzing financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and potential issues.

Reconciliation : Conduct bank reconciliations and verify accuracy of financial statements, ensuring all accounts are balanced and discrepancies are resolved promptly.

Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, track payments, and manage vendor accounts. Assist with collections and follow-up on outstanding payments.

Tax Compliance and Regulations: Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations, standards, and company policies. In particular GST Laws, TDS & Income Tax.

Assist in Auditing: Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries.

Financial Analysis: Help in conducting basic financial analysis to support decision-making processes, cost controls, and budgeting.

Software and Systems : Utilize accounting software and tools effectively to manage financial data and streamline processes.

Administrative Support : Assist in other administrative tasks as required by the finance and accounting department.


Qualifications & Experience:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (ERP, Tally or similar) and Microsoft Office in particular MS Excel.
  • Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and financial recordkeeping.
  • Good understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and general ledger processes.
  • Minimum experience: 1 yr.
