Description

Providing end-to-end support for all Network components including computers, storage, and Network devices like firewalls, Switches, Servers, and Wireless Devices.


  • Prioritizing, resolving customer queries, and escalating to relevant stakeholders.
  • Must have good Handson experience in LAN, WLAN & WAN technologies
    .
  • Must have handson knowledge of Firewall/VPN technologies.
  • Indepth knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting switching technologies like STP family, Etherchannel and Inter-VLAN
  • Experience in Incident, Service request, and change management procedures.


  • Preferred Certification

  • CCNP/CCNA
  • Must have Good Communication & Interpersonal skills
  • Must have Customer Centric approach

Salary:
Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
