JOB DESCRIPTION:


  • Handling TransferPricing assignments that includes:
  • Formulating transfer pricing policy / planning study / advisoryassignments that includes conducting functional analysis along withbenchmarking analysis by using electronic database and publicly availableinformation;
  • Assisting clients is preparing TP documentation and Master File as per IndianTP Regulations;
  • Conducting transfer pricing audits for issuance of Form 3CEB;
  • Assistance is preparing submissions, research for case laws in relationto TP assessments;
  • Assistance in writing newsletter/article/alert in relation to latestdevelopment in the field of transfer pricing;
  • Undertaking benchmarking analysis on global database in relation tofinancial transactions, royalty payments, management fees etc.
