Description

As a Quality/Project Coordinator, this role is responsible for the quality review of documentation, process, and system adherence of the Client Finance team to ensure accurate information is provided to all clients timely, professionally, correctly, and consistently.

This role is also responsible for auditing reports to ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory guidelines.

The goal is to help teams and individuals meet and/or exceed Key Performance Indicators targets through progressive and effective coaching and mentoring and by conducting quality audits regularly and consistently.

Description of Duty


Quality / Project Work:


  • Drive quality initiatives and KPIs for the Client Finance team by identifying coaching opportunities, facilitating exploration and learning, observing and listening and enabling employees identify their areas for improvement and assess their progress.
  • Encourage teams and individuals to develop personal responsibility and accountability to improve their performance continually and lead them to achieve targets and KPIs.
  • Enhance quality performance individually and at team level to meet and exceed quality targets and KPIs
  • Conduct quality review of documents and SE data input to monitor data completeness and integrity regularly
  • Utilize Quality Process checklist and relevant documents in performing Quality audits
  • Document all observations and use the outcomes of each quality audit to create reports and trends to assist on the improvement of the employees
  • Conduct coaching and mentoring sessions regularly and deliver feedback constructively and positively
  • Assist the teams and managers in identifying trends in quality and processrelated issues provide regular feedback consistently and to share results and collaborate on action plans
  • Perform quality calibration with the team leaders according to a fixed schedule to ensure fairness

Training Delivery:


  • Ensure courseware is updated by conducting regular reviews and making adjustments as and when necessary
  • Document and consolidate postlearning evaluation and feedback
  • Measure and analyze appropriate data to ensure effective curriculum and process improvement

Reports generation and data analysis:
Analyze quality audits data to determine learning opportunities for employees and create trends and reports


QUALIFICATIONS AND PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in Client Finance preferred, previous finance experience required
  • Knowledge of Service engine required
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint and Word, familiar with other software platforms; knowledge of web design preferred
  • Skilled communicator, both written and oral with a global awareness
  • Able to effectively coach and deliver feedback constructively and positively
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to conduct independent research, draw conclusions, and translate into comprehensive reports and usable data
  • Skilled at problemsolving and data analysis
  • Strong analytical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Efficient Internet research skills.
  • Keen attention to detail
