Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Provide multichannel customer support for Navi's products, ensuring privacy and professionalism.
  • Educate customers about Navi's products and services.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to Team Leaders/SMEs and relevant stakeholders.
  • Achieve agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives.
  • Adhere to internal policies, procedures, and processes, collaborating effectively with the team for seamless support.

What are some of the good to have skills for this role?

  • 1+ year of customer support experience with proficiency in English and Hindi; additional fluency in regional languages is advantageous
  • Flexible availability for rotational rosters, including weekends and evenings.
  • Ability to provide extended support during business requirements and meet SLAs.
