Customer Care Executive

This very interesting position is located in Delhi and reports to Sr. Customer care specialist.


The Customer Care Specialist plays a pivotal role within our organization, serving as a frontline representative dedicated to ensuring unparalleled customer satisfaction.

This key position is instrumental in fostering positive customer relationships, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high standard of service excellence.

As the primary point of contact for our valued customers, the Customer Care Specialist holds a crucial position in shaping the overall customer experience and contributing to the company's reputation for outstanding customer service.

Through effective communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach, this role significantly influences the success and continued growth of our organization


Your Responsibilities

  • Efficiently handle the entire tender submission process (includes Government/private/ GEM tenders)
  • Prepare necessary documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tender requirements.
  • Keeping track of tender data by updating tender tracker file.
  • Obtain quotes from vendors for local items.
  • Compare and evaluate vendor quotes for optimal pricing and terms.
  • Initiate and process purchase orders (PO) for approved vendors.
  • Facilitate timely payments to vendors, ensuring adherence to payment terms.
  • Manage the endtoend ordertocash process efficiently.
  • Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Handle invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to customers.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues related to orders and invoices.
  • Maintain database of All orders in existing system as per requirement.

Our Expectations

  • At least 45 years' experience in sales support.
  • Degree in any field.
  • Ability to handle tender submissions, including document preparation.
  • Experience in local item procurement, vendor management, and purchase order processing.
  • Proficient in handling the endtoend ordertocash cycle.
  • Advantageous to have knowledge of SFDC, ERP Navision, and GEM tender submission (Government e procurement portal)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detailoriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
