Who you'll be working with

We're responsible for getting the word out about Codal and driving leads for the sales team to qualify, and ultimately supplying a steady stream of work for the product teams.

Besides inbound and outbound initiatives, we also work cross-departmentally to market Codal for HR and hiring initiatives, and we're available to design or spruce up any client-facing materials as necessary.

What you'll be doing

Development of websites and landing pages in HubSpot CMS
Collaborate with the marketing team to create landing pages that align with our overall marketing strategy and goals.
Develop landing page wireframes, designs, and layouts that are visually appealing.
Customize and configure the HubSpot platform to meet business requirements.
Providing highquality UX design clarifications through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
Designing engaging and responsive landing pages.
Proficient in HTML, CSS and Javascript.
Integrate HubSpot with thirdparty systems, such as CRM platforms, analytics tools, and ecommerce platforms.
Ensuring highperformance and availability of websites
Develop effective, responsive designs and build them into working themes and plugins.
Responsible for the development of HubSpot templates, modules, and themes
Coordinate, manage, and execute ongoing website development tasks
Working closely with the HubSpot platform owner to design and develop user experiences

What you'll need to be successful (Requirements)

Understanding of how to implement HubSpot CMS standards e.g branding colors/logotypes
Strong understanding of web design principles and best practices, including user experience and responsive design.
Experience in designing and developing responsive landing pages in HubSpot COS/CMS Hub.
Strong web development skills, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in landing page design and development
Familiarity with inbound marketing concepts and strategies.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions within the HubSpot platform.
