  • The purpose of your role will be to plan,order and execute the Capex in Mechanical utilities.
  • Capacity Planning of the ETP, ZLD, WTP, STP Plants.
  • Designing and RFQ preparation of HVAC, Fire Hydrant System of the new facility or in existing plants.
  • Project budget and schedule monitoring and meeting the on PQCDSM parameters

  • Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
  • 1.Planning ,ordering and execution in the Capex in Mechanical utilities
  • 2.Expand Capacity ahead of demand, rationalize capacity to achieve cost benefits, and carry out smooth launch and rampup of facilities for new models.
  • 3.

NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT:
Providing MEP services for new model development across HMCL facilities to meet the target

  • 4.Improve profitability by optimizing and reducing total cost, aligning with organizational TPM and device maximum benefits in terms of productivity, quality, cost and delivery.
  • 5.Integrate digitalization across plants for real time, centralized monitoring of data to improve quality and operational efficiency.
  • 6.Strengthen systems, encourage innovation to leverage idea generation, and explore electric vehicle and other new/advanced technologies.
  • 7.Continuously explore Sustainability initiatives, in order to create green manufacturing plants and set benchmark in industry.

    Academic Qualification & Experience
  • B.Tech Mechanical
years of experience in Utility Projects.

  • 2. 5 years of experience of working in automobile /component/auxiliary industry

Experience is must in a similar profile
