Job description:
- Creating a positive reputation for the brand by communicating with customers on social media platforms within the least possible TAT.
- Actively monitor and review user comments, suggestions/feedback and complaints across social handles and platforms manually and using the related tools wherever possible.
- Addressing realtime negative responses.
- Ensuring all complaints are tracked on social media.
- Coordinating with internal team to ensure timely delivery on daily, weekly and monthly monitoring reports.
- Analyze listening reports, share relevant insights, updating trackers.
- Initiate listening of the brand on social media and share the listening on relevant groups for the brand.
- Report and coordinate with the Customer Service team of the brand to get a resolution for all the complaints/queries and ensure that the response received from the customer service team is posted back on the relevant digital channels within TAT.
- Preparing & managing multiple reports as and when asked by the client.
- Preparing Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly Reports.
Salary:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
