Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer with 1-2 years of professional experience to join our team.

As an Interior Designer, you will collaborate with clients, architects, and other design professionals to create aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces.

Your role will involve designing and conceptualizing interior spaces, selecting materials and finishes, creating detailed drawings and specifications, and overseeing the implementation of design projects.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and requirements for interior spaces.
Create innovative and visually appealing design concepts for residential, commercial, and/or institutional projects.
Develop detailed drawings, plans, and 3D renderings using computeraided design (CAD) software to illustrate design concepts and space planning.
Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and fixtures to enhance the overall design and functionality of interior spaces.
Create mood boards, sample boards, and presentations to effectively communicate design ideas to clients and project stakeholders.
Provide accurate cost estimates and develop project budgets based on design specifications.
Coordinate and collaborate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address designrelated issues, and ensure adherence to design intent and specifications.
Keep uptodate with industry trends, new materials, and innovative design techniques to continuously improve design concepts and deliver exceptional results.
Maintain project documentation, including records of design revisions, specifications, and correspondence with clients and project team members.
Ensure projects are completed within established timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
12 years of professional experience as an Interior Designer, preferably working on residential, commercial, or institutional projects.
Proficiency in computeraided design (CAD) software and other relevant design tools.
Strong knowledge of space planning, color theory, materials, lighting, and furniture design.
Excellent visual and spatial awareness, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to effectively communicate and present design concepts to clients and project stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
A portfolio showcasing previous design projects and demonstrating a range of design styles and capabilities.
