Qualifications:


Diploma or Degree if any Architecture/ID/Fashion Design

Desirable :
managment degree(sales & marketing)

Total Experience: 4 to 5 years
Recommended complimentary design options

Relationship maintenance with Architects & interior designers

Team management role-managing 2-3 style advisors

proven leadership in running a retail sale business in fast paced customer focused environment minimum 3 year

experience need luxury retail stores is preferred

1. managing and driving a team of style advisors for developing business numbers

2.

studio business devlopment initiatives by engaing with internal and external stake holders like architects/interior designers,builders,in store team,(chief Editor & style advisor) bespoke team & category specialists.

• In-studio activities like stock management ,studio maintenenace etc,

4. guiding high value clientele in selection of material,design,feasibility,and functional usage

• Building and forecasting relationship with AID documents

Technical Skills"

Ability to access customer requirment

Ability to manage store inventory assessment visual merchandising

Ability to translate customer brief into design solutions meeting budget and life style.

Ability to cross sell &upsell

Strong aesthetic skills

Detailed understanding of space,furniture and fabrics

Ability to convey ideas via sketches,3d renders,storyline,mood boards

strong technology and marketing skills

Salary:
₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
