Need Cooridnator for Pre-School & Day Care Cetre located at Sunny Enclave Sector 125 Sunny Enaclave.


Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with teachers to ensure smooth operations and communication.
• Manage inquiries for admissions, provide information about our programs, and conduct tours for prospective families.
• Plan and organize daily activities for children, ensuring a balance of learning and fun.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract new admissions, including organizing events and open houses.
• Beautify the play school environment through decoration and maintenance.
• Manage social media profiles to promote the play school and engage with the community.
• Report to the site head regularly, providing updates on admissions, activities, and any issues that arise.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a similar role, preferably in a play school or day care setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Creativity and enthusiasm for planning activities and events.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms for marketing and communication.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
