Handling inbound & Outbound communication via various means in a professional manner.
Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
Escalating customer feedback as required.

Data Entry, Data Management.
And looking for Team leaders and Quality Analyst with min 1 year Exp
should be flexible in any shift
should have excellent communication skills
any education qualification are eligible to apply
Any fresher and experienced can apply
Looking for immediate joiners and with good communication skills in
