We are looking for a Social Media Executive who will be responsible for managing our social media platforms. This includes creating unique content, monitoring posts, and interacting with our followers. Your main objective is to ensure that our company's image remains consistent with our marketing objectives.

It is crucial that you stay informed about the latest digital trends, communicate effectively, and work towards increasing website traffic and customer engagement.

• Inform your social media strategy by researching current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
• Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with your business objectives, and set specific objectives with regular ROI reports to measure success.
• Create and share engaging content daily, including original text, photos, videos, and news to captivate your audience.
• Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics to optimize performance and collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to maintain brand consistency.
• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries promptly, and monitor customer feedback to foster a positive community.
• Oversee the design of social media accounts, including cover photos and profile pictures, and propose and implement new features to enhance brand awareness, such as promotions and contests.
• Stay updated on social media trends, design tools, and technology advancements to stay ahead of the game.

Qualification & Experience:

• They should be skilled in content management and have a strong ability to write.
• Additionally, they should be able to create and deliver creative content in various formats, including text, images, and videos.
• A solid understanding of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics is essential, as is knowledge of online marketing channels.
• Familiarity with web design is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to analyse and handle multiple tasks are also important.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is required.
