Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Telecaller to join our dynamic team and take charge of the telesales process.
As an Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting clients for genrating qualified leads. Your focus will be on identifying and ensuring a seamless onboarding process for successful clients.Responsibilities:
Recruitment Planning:
Collaborate with the management team to develop effective lead strategies.
Sourcing and Screening:
By calling on leads provided.
Onboarding:
Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed, and orientation sessions are conducted.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure the new clients into the organization.Recruitment Metrics:
Track and analyze calling metrics to measure the effectiveness of the lead process. Use data-driven insights to continually improve lead strategies.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in any field or Diploma.
Experience:
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telecalling is prefered.
Organizational Skills:
Ability to manage calling processes with attention to detail and adherence to timelines.
Adaptability:
Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and business needs in a fast-paced environment.
Salary:
₹25, ₹30,846.80 per month
