Role & Responsibilities - A communication skills trainer may work in different environmentsTheir common responsibilities include:
- Conducting training sessions and developing selfawareness among training students.
- Groom personalities of participants and improve their soft & hard skills.
- Identify weaknesses and strengths of students.
- Prepare a plan of action to determine areas where students can improve.
- Prepare and conduct routine mock tests.
- Formulate learning and development strategies and roadmaps.
- Collaborate with project teams and trainers to develop training courses.
- Implement inventive techniques for effective and interactive training.
- Collect data to assess the effectiveness of training sessions.
- Demonstrate excellent management & interpersonal skills.
- Take part in team meetings and performance review meetings (as/if applicable).
