Assist the Customer Service team with day-to-day operations and tasks.

• Provide product information, resolve customer issues, and assist in placing orders.
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed customer satisfaction and sales targets.
• Complete all training programs and tasks assigned promptly.
• Multitask effectively to manage multiple customer inquiries and tasks simultaneously.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

A recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree.

• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers.
• Selfmotivated and driven to achieve targets and exceed customer expectations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and tools.
• Must be located near Panjim, Goa
