The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales process from planning to closure, support sales team as per the strategic planning for D2C, modern trade & ecommerce accounts.
- Support the sales team to achieve profitable growth by understanding & suggesting improvements and monitoring pricing & discounts regularly.
- Build deep customer relationships and delight creation by nurturing them and giving quick resolutions to customer grievances and building transparency with the customers.
- Handle the operations for D2C, Modern Trade & Ecommerce accounts. Build deep knowledge of pricing & costing. Be able to process VRFs, RFQs, and tenders.
- Demonstrate process excellence by following the processes for excellent operational execution, timely tracking & accounts reconciliation of accounts.
- Maintain data for all accounts on a realtime basis in terms of sales, stock, payments & outstanding.
- Adhere to the statutory compliances related to introducing new products, & product packaging.
- Track adherence to the brand norms, and support brand promotion & alignment.
- Adhere to strict timelines for compliance jobs, and maintain proper documentation for audits.
Required key skills, experience and qualifications
- Graduate with 24 years of experience in customer excellence in the retail industry (preferred)
- Willingness to talk to customers
- Analytical skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Excel proficiency

Salary:
₹300, ₹500,000.00 per year
