Responsibilities:

  • Craft and bake a variety of breads, including traditional and innovative recipes.
  • Experiment with new ingredients and techniques to create unique and appealing bread offerings.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and refine recipes that meet customer preferences and market trends.
  • Ensure consistent quality in all bread products.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a baker, with a focus on breadmaking.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to confidently create and introduce new bread varieties.
  • Strong understanding of baking techniques, ingredients, and recipe development.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Experience in working with plantbased ingredients is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, team environment
  • Experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred
  • Knowledge of industrystandard food preparation and safety guidelines

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in making breads
  • Professional degree in baking

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
₹1,200, ₹1,800,000.00 per year
