Description
Responsibilities:
- Craft and bake a variety of breads, including traditional and innovative recipes.
- Experiment with new ingredients and techniques to create unique and appealing bread offerings.
- Collaborate with our team to develop and refine recipes that meet customer preferences and market trends.
- Ensure consistent quality in all bread products.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a baker, with a focus on breadmaking.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to confidently create and introduce new bread varieties.
- Strong understanding of baking techniques, ingredients, and recipe development.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Experience in working with plantbased ingredients is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fastpaced, team environment
- Experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred
- Knowledge of industrystandard food preparation and safety guidelines
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in making breads
- Professional degree in baking
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
₹1,200, ₹1,800,000.00 per year
