    Description

    About the Role:
    We're seeking a talented and experienced CICD DevOps Administrator to join our team.

    You'll play a vital role in our software development lifecycle by designing, implementing, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines using a primarily open-source toolchain.

    You'll collaborate closely with developers, operations, and stakeholders to ensure seamless continuous integration, delivery, and deployment of our Design, develop, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines leveraging open-source tools like Jenkins, Github, GitLab CI/CD, Ansible, Artifactory, Sonarqube or similar alternatives.


    • Configure and manage infrastructure for CI/CD pipelines using opensource solutions like version control systems (e.g., Git), containerization technologies (e.g., Docker), and continuous integration servers.
    • Integrate automated testing strategies within the CI/CD pipeline for early defect detection and improved code quality using opensource testing frameworks.
    • Monitor and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth operation and identify potential bottlenecks.
    • Collaborate with developers to improve code quality and champion best practices for continuous integration and delivery.
    • Stay current on the latest trends and innovations in DevOps methodologies and opensource CI/CD tools.
    • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on DevOps practices from an opensource perspective.
    • Document and maintain clear and concise CI/CD pipeline configurations using opensource documentation 36 years of experience in a DevOps or related role, with a strong focus on utilizing opensource tools.
    • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using primarily opensource solutions.
    • Indepth understanding of DevOps principles and methodologies in the context of opensource tools.
    • Expertise in scripting languages like Linux, Bash, Python, or PowerShell for automation.
    • Mastery of Git version control system.
    • Solid understanding of containerization technologies like Docker (a plus).
    • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Passion for automation, continuous improvement, and the opensource ecosystem.
