    Job Description:
    We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with 6-8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in various DevOps practices and tools including Python, Groovy, CI/CD, Docker, and Git.


    As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining efficient and reliable CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.

    Excellent troubleshooting skills and effective communication are essential for this role.


    Key Responsibilities :

    • Design, create, build, and maintain Jenkins pipelines for continuous integration and continuous delivery.
    • Write efficient and maintainable code in Python and Groovy to automate tasks and streamline processes.
    • Implement and manage Docker containers for application deployment and orchestration.
    • Utilize Git for version control and collaborate effectively with teams using GitHub.
    • Work closely with development, operations, and QA teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment processes.
    • Troubleshoot issues in development, test, and production environments and provide timely resolutions.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose solutions that align with business objectives.
    • Document processes, configurations, and best practices for knowledge sharing and future reference.
    • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in DevOps and incorporate them into existing workflows for continuous improvement.
    • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.

    Required Skills and Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    • 68 years of handson experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
    • Proficiency in writing core Python and Groovy code for automation and infrastructure management.
    • Extensive experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins for building, testing, and deploying applications.
    • Strong knowledge of Docker and containerization techniques for application deployment.
    • Expertise in version control systems like Git and familiarity with GitHub workflows.
    • Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues efficiently.
    • Good understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
    • Effective communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
    • Proven track record of working in a fastpaced environment and delivering highquality results under tight deadlines.

    Preferred Skills :

    • Experience with other DevOps tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
    • Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
    • Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
    • Certification in DevOps or related fields is a plus.
