- Manage the recruitment process from job postings to hiring decisions.
- Collaborate with department heads to define staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new employees for seamless integration.
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and disputes as a primary point of contact.
- Offer guidance to managers on performance evaluations and staff development.
- Update and enforce HR policies and procedures for all staff members.
- Keep employee records, documentation, and Masterfile current and accurate.
- Administer employee benefits programs and address related inquiries.
- Support payroll processing to ensure timely and precise payments.
- Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-3 years of HR experience, with a preference for hospitality industry background.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
