  • Develop business activities through expansion and management of
    distribution network.
  • Planning and forecasting new and existing selling opportunities.
  • Analysing latest
    marketing trends in terms of scheme, tracking competitors' activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning of sales and
    marketing strategies.
  • Guiding sales team coupled with technology tools for continuous working of loyalty program
  • Driving SFA execution within sales team for betterment and efficient working of sales promoter.
  • Reckoning of new software (DMS) and working on that platform for improvising data visibility of distributors.
  • Associating with architects, interior designers and builders for bringing new set of business.
  • Planning inventory & channel sales management on a dailyweekly basis as per requirements and regular rotation.
  • Driving local sales promotion schemes, visibility campaigns(BTL activities) and new product launches
  • Monitor systematically the performance of the distributor and distributors sales team and take corrective action (infrastructure gaps).
  • Handling distributors issue with regard to claims, ROI, schemes, route operations etc.
  • Conducting promotional activities in each territory to drive sales of newly launched products.
  • Training the team of sales promoters and DSRs ? Ensure utilisation of point of purchase material and display boards
  • Maintaining various dashboards to keep data up to date.

Note:

  • There should not be any educational gap in 10th, 12th and Graduation.
