As part of our strategy to deliver innovative solutions, we have established Forge Labs, which will work with multiple business groups and product portfolios to incubate new ideas, demonstrate product market fit, and then accelerate their development to bring them to the customers.

As a Functional Architect in Forge Labs, you will be at the center of all products incubated in Forge Labs, ensuring that each product is designed to meet user, customer, and enterprise needs, SaaS best practices and Honeywell's product portfolio vison.

What you will do in this Role:

Partner with business/product/engineering members globally to deliver innovative products
Provide guidance and support to product teams around SaaS best practices, requirement gathering, user persona analysis, data journey analysis, and product design
Create product architecture & strategy documentation/presentations that communicate Honeywell's product portfolio and how each innovation product fits and evolves within that portfolio

You Must Have:

5+ years of overall experience
3+ years enterprise software products and businesses
2+ years of experience product management or program management
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

We Value

Bachelor's degree or Masters' degree in STEM Preferred
Experience in a startup or in a startup incubator / accelerator Experience/related work/understanding of modern technology trends (microservices, data mesh, APIfirst, mobilefirst, etc.)
Background/understanding of industrial operations activities (asset management, labor management, maintenance operations, etc.) and their personas (plant managers, technicians, etc.) in one or more industry domains (e.g., building management, oil & gas, warehouses, etc.) is a big plus.
Excellent time management, project management and analytical/problemsolving skills
Efficient at multitasking and able to work under pressure to deliver multiple business demands ontime, to a highlevel standard
Proactive, selfmotivated, and flexible with a positive attitude
