Description

Competent to handle and manage the stores activities of material inward and issue.

Competent to implement/maintain the proper storage and retrieval systems in stores.
Conversant with the documentation/taxation/processes of stores in ERP.
Should have knowledge and exposure of mechanical and electrical components used in manufacturing.
Physical material verification against delivery challan at the time of Inward. GRPO entry in SAP system for inward material.
Coordinating with QC for material inspection and approval.
Tracking and updating timely Purchase Request, Material shortages, material receipts, Material issue and material dispatches.
Update 'Customer Report' for material received from Customers for replacement, servicing and repairing by having coordination with Sales and Service Department.
Preparation of Stores documentation for material receipt and dispatch as per regulatory compliances.
Material Posting and issue physical and in ERP.

Technical Skills:

SAP/equivalent ERP hands on transactional
Store management, materials management, inventory management techniques, inventory turns, Taxation, regulatory and compliances related to stores, safety and safe working practices, material handling and storage techniques and practices.

Other Skills

Good written (English) and verbal communication Skills.
Team work
Reports to HOD
