Management Trainee (Sales)
The Sales Trainee will be responsible for the observation and analysis of below mentioned works and to make report in a prescribed format:
- Activity Planning
- Activity execution on the planned date
- Coordination of Vehicle, Driver, diesel requirement with stockyard team
- Customer Visit as per Customer Engagement Pyramid
- Execute the activity and feedback to Back office
- Post activity execution
- Enquiry generation/Smart Tab form filing & submission to back office
- Follow up date/plan creation against each CO
- Follow up with customer for conversion to next level of pipeline management
- Live deal given to back office team
- Booking amount collection from customer
- Customer & Financier agreement
- Collection of DO/RO from financer/customer & Documents collection from the customer
- Customer file completion
- As per the check list & submission to back office/account department
- Vehicle delivery communication with customers as well as back office, accounts & delivery team
- Call to customer after 15 days of vehicle deliverycustomer experience
Required Qualification & skills:
- Must have completed full time MBA degree with specialization in Sales/Marketing from a reputed college/university
- Ability to work as a team member of Field Sales Executives team
- Having Good English Communication & Computer skills
- Excellent Analytical & Learning Skills
- Having ability to make report on the basis of the observation of day to day activities of associated salesperson
- Business Development & Sales skills
