Total Experience: 0-3 years

Relevant Experience: 0-3 years (_writing, and/or editing content across Accounting, Finance and Taxation domains_
)

Bonus Experience:
_Writing and reviewing assessments and other academic content (eg: Instructor manuals and PPTs), working with American or European clients and teams_


Skills Evaluation

  • Written Test: Reading Comprehension, Writing, Editing, Research and Structuring, Subject Related Test, MS Office Use and Formatting

Responsibilities

Write,
design, and review content for various formats of academic content, including:

  • Assessment questions for different formats of assessments (MCQ, T/F, Matching etc)
  • Learning objectives
  • Structured content that connects to user demographics/learning objectives
  • Case studies
  • PPTs
  • Instructors manuals
  • Solution manuals
  • Alttext descriptions

Research content across _Accounting, Finance, and Taxation _domains, including school/college education.


Structure and create course outlines in line with learning objectives, with content classification from provided source content or researched content.


Communicate and coordinate with the following teams and provide them relevant inputs:

  • External SMEs: Provide support and guidance to external contributors working on projects, address their queries and concerns, provide feedback on their work.
  • Project Managers: Provide deliverables on time, provide task time estimates and task status; communicate need for resources/infrastructure
  • Peers: Assist in content review, provide peer reviews for accuracy and quality checks, provide constructive feedback, mentor them, work with the mentee to bring the desired improvement in their performance within the defined timeframe, resolve queries
  • Client Stakeholders: Ask questions to clarify content gaps and doubts, assist in walkthroughs of deliverables, address client's queries related to content
