Job Description:
- Create architectural designs for commercial and residential projects based on customer input and feedback
Adhere to all industry standards in design; Knowledge of building codes, understanding of construction technologies detailing
Adjust contracts and designs to meet the changing needs of clients
Should be able to interact with clients/ vendors for design related part
Communicate with contractors and construction workers to implement designs
Understand detailed drawings, specifications, working drawings and BOQ for architectural projects.
Should visit site periodically to supervise execution work and check it's quality
Sound knowledge in MS Office. Assist seniors in cost estimations & preparation of BOQ
Salary:
Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
