Key Responsibility Areas:


  • Manage End to End complete Project Architect and interior Design and Execution starting from Concept Discussion to Key Handover to Residential Client.
  • You should have hands on exposure to prepare Architectural Drawing, electrical, plumbing, conceptual designs, detailed drawings, production drawings, Working Drawing & presentations slides.
  • You should have managed & executed independently full life cycle of small to medium size projects from drawings to hand over.
  • You should have knowledge of quotations preparation, BOQs (Bill of Quantity), BOMs (Bill of Material) and other desired specifications.
  • You should be well aware of ergonomics
  • Providing guidance to subordinates and helping them interpret design specifications & get error free project execution on time.
  • You should have eye for details in terms of latest market trends, new designs & trending material.
  • You should have done new vendor selection and have material supplier contacts in the market.

Desired Technical Skills

  • Having in depth knowledge of softwares such as AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch up, MS excel/word.
  • Have basic working knowledge of Vray & Lumion / 3D rendering software.
  • Basic understanding of all services & MEP coordination.

Desired Soft Skills

  • Should have good presentation skills to detail the project to Client.
  • Should possess excellent interpersonal skills required in marketing meeting.
  • Should be a pleasant personality to act as a front face for the company
  • Should have excellent leadership and networking skills.

Salary:
₹15, ₹30,477.56 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Diploma (preferred)

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
