Job overview and responsibilities:


Exciting opportunity to be a part of a brand-new best-in-class product & engineering team to create the world's best and largest airline.

An AdTech architect plays a strategic role in designing and overseeing the implementation of advertising technology solutions. Responsibilities include creating scalable and efficient architecture, integrating new technologies, and ensuring compatibility with diverse platforms.

This role requires deep expertise in AdTech, a strong understanding of system scalability, and the ability to provide technical leadership for the development team.

Effective communication skills are crucial for collaborating with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business goals.- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.


  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in adTech, influencing the continuous improvement of our systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the seamless operation of our adserving infrastructure.
  • Design implementation roadmap and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define technical requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze all quality attributes such as security, performance, maintainability, scalability, reliability, and cost of a product.
  • Translate technical project details (e.g., the structure, characteristics, behavior, and other aspects of software) into a language that management and nontechnical stakeholders can understand.

Qualifications:


Required- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field- 8+ years of experience in an information technology solutions architecture role

  • Extensive experience in adTech, with a proven track record of designing and implementing largescale ad delivery systems.
  • Indepth knowledge of adTech standards and protocols (VAST, VPAID, OpenRTB) and realtime bidding (RTB).
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Experience with cloudbased services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools for performance monitoring and optimization.
  • Previous experience in architecting solutions for programmatic advertising and ad exchanges
  • Experience with online user data privacy a plus including best practices, and Consent / Identity Management tools

Preferred:


  • Master's degree in computer science or software engineering preferred
