Inside Sales Support (Associate/Senior Associate)

We are an associate company of Deccan Transport, India, a 33-year-old company that specializes in super heavy lift transportation and lifting.
Our extensive fleet includes hydraulic axles, pullers, mechanical trailers, low-beds, drop decks, hydraulic telescopic cranes, skidding and jacking equipment, and strand jacks, all equipped with the latest instrumentation technology.
Combined with our in-house engineering team, these resources make us a preferred choice for EPC and various sectors.Responsibilities:
- Assist inside sales representatives in generating leads and qualifying prospects through proactive outreach, research, and followup activities.
- Coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and demos for inside sales representatives, ensuring efficient scheduling and organization.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and maintain sales collateral, presentations, and other materials to support the sales process.
- Provide product information, pricing, and quotations to customers as requested, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate customer records, sales activities, and pipeline information in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- MBA / Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Proven track record with at least 2+ years of experience in Sales support / Admin Support / Customer Support / Associate etc.,
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in software and tools, including familiarity with CRM systems.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and a customerfocused mindset to address client challenges effectively
