Our comprehensive suite of services encompasses turnkey project logistics, vessel chartering, out-of-gauge (OOG) shipping, port handling & transshipment, heavy haulage & lifting, factory decommissioning solutions, international Air freight management, warehousing & customs clearance.

We are an associate company of Deccan Transport, India, a 33-year-old company that specializes in super heavy lift transportation and lifting.

Our extensive fleet includes hydraulic axles, pullers, mechanical trailers, low-beds, drop decks, hydraulic telescopic cranes, skidding and jacking equipment, and strand jacks, all equipped with the latest instrumentation technology.

Combined with our in-house engineering team, these resources make us a preferred choice for EPC and various sectors.

Responsibilities:

Assist inside sales representatives in generating leads and qualifying prospects through proactive outreach, research, and followup activities.
Coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and demos for inside sales representatives, ensuring efficient scheduling and organization.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and maintain sales collateral, presentations, and other materials to support the sales process.
Provide product information, pricing, and quotations to customers as requested, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain accurate and uptodate customer records, sales activities, and pipeline information in the CRM system.

Requirements:

MBA / Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Proven track record with at least 2+ years of experience in Sales support / Admin Support / Customer Support / Associate etc.,
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
Proficiency in software and tools, including familiarity with CRM systems.
Strong problemsolving abilities and a customerfocused mindset to address client challenges effectively
